Internet explorer cannot display the webpage

Hello,
Mozilla firefox can display, which shows I can connect to the internet.

The problem is MRT has found, but did not remove a virus; Backdoor: Win32/Nuwar.A I want to run http://safety.live.com, but it does not run on firefox. I want to run it with Internet Explorer, but IE will not connect to the internet.

The error message;
Windows cannot connect to the internet using HTTP, HTTPS or FTP. This is probably caused by the firewall settings on this computer. Check the firewall setting for the HTTP port(80), HTTPS port(443) & FTP port(21).

Firefox is connecting to the internet, how to get IE7 to connect?
