Dell computer screen completely blank
Closed
Hello,
After plugging my dell computer into the TV through an S-Video cable, my computer no longer displays ANYTHING. I cannot even see the screen that shows up when you hit F12 on startup. I even tried going back to the other monitor and using a DVI cord. Is there anyway to get my computer back, it still works, all the lights are the same and it still makes all of the same sounds.
Thanks

I would try Fn + F8 (both keys at the same time).

So this is a desktop and not a laptop. I would turn off the PC. Open the case and see if the video card is still seated in its slot. You might have unseated the card when you pushed in the s-video cord.
