Can you help me - I have a laptop connected to the internet via a sky router. I have found the ssid no, the network key, the channel, the mac & serial number.
I am trying to connect a new acer aspire netbook - but it is asking for a security key/passphrase for wep setting on encryption type - this is beyond me - what should I be looking for? have I got the setting wrong? I have set the access point correctly as the ssid reference is coming up - any advice would be appreciated!!!
