Open my drive E pls help..

im trying to open my drive E, but i cant open it. it dont have any viruses . id just open it a while ago but when i restarted my pc without getting it back , it came to that scene that cant open it. i have scanned it already but it says no virus at all. why is this happening? pls help me..
