I must recommend you to please perform the system recovery......... actually system recovery makes your unit to factory default settings...... if then also issue presist then visit www.hp.com n' fill out your p/n or s/n in search box n explore for troubleshooting tips or chat with online engineer.
If above support is not accessed by you then visit near by your hp service center they will look for the problem. (note: if your uint is under extended or base warrenty then you have to pay none to hp service center if not so then you may be charged according to the problem)
