Screen problem

Hello,

I have this problem, whenever I make someprocess on the computer the screen turns off for about 1 sec, like refreshing, oper start menu, open some application like webbrowsers, or display option, .... etc,
the cpu still continues its process like downloing or scannig,, but the screen turns off
whats the problem here ??!!

Dear Nader,

Please confirm whether the problem is not actually sourcing from its graphic card and if you need to have it upgraded.
