Three workgroup but should block them

Hello,

my office seeting up with 3 workgroup, but can access each other. i should set all of them IP and with 192.168.1.xx and subnetmask 255.255.255.0 because they all share same printer with TCP/IP port.

i want to block access for each workgroup...but i fail...i need help on this problem.

if i set all of workgroup in different IP with 192.168.0.xx then it will not able to use the printer anyway....

the printer office use is the canonIR3300
