Pendrive problem

Hello,
before this I have disassemble my PC and assemble it back. After that, when I turn on my PC and connect my pendrive, the notice "USB Device Not Recognized" is come out. When I check on the motherboard, I thought I was wrong connect the USB wire on the motherboard. Then I fix it and try connect my pendrive again. But the notice still come out. So, I think My USB is broken. My question is, Can I fix it back?
