Click on the column that has date
go to data
choose text to column
choose delimited and click next
uncheck all the boxes and click next
click on date and choose DMY format and click finish

hi friend,
select the cell and go to DATA in menu bar then go to text to column and then select uncheck and then next again next and then select the MDY and then finish
