Sims 3 InstallationClosed

Question

Hello, 
i had sim 3 instealled on my computer, and randomly one day it wouldnt work, so i restulted in the idea of uninstalling sims 3, and re installing it. now that i am re installing it.... it gets stuck on file 3/237. its been on this file for about 8hours when i got back home. im not sure what to do, please help.

Hey Yeah I got the same problem... Did you uninstall it first cause at first I didn't but now i'm waiting to see if it makes any changes...
