Have you tried with another keyboard?if laptop use a usb one and revert back with result obtained.

Hey Im having the same exact problem.I changed keyboards and it still didnt work.I put on my old keyboard still didnt.Please help

Depends on the keyboard. In general if you press key FN and some other key (varies) it can fix the issue. Try Fn + F11
