Hello,   
i have dell inspiron n5010 I installed xp succesfully, but tha problem with sound driver  
it showing error message "device object not present, restart and setup again"  

plz help me  


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi Samir, Is the second link for N5010 with Win XP? The site description says it's only for N5010 with Win 7 and Vista!

in new inspiron n5010 supported win7 and vista when you buy the laptop dell givs you a driver cd so install win7 and wista beacuse new core i3 not supported xp in the inspiorn n5010 laptop.

Before installing sound driver you should intsall UAA driver. Have you tried it?

just install win7 it will automatically detect ur sound card... u need not install any driver for sound card...

                 this laptop is not for windows xp so plz remove this window and install windows 7 or windows vista
