I have prob pls help

Hello,
IF some can help i will be glad.
I buy new PC quatro procesor 4G ram 500G hardware, but sametime i like to install some game ( not all time) i have memory dump. Can some help me or explain why this hapend. This hapend risently, must i take pc on repair? : ) THS
