Audio gone after manual system clean up Closed

Hello, I've just cleaned up my computer manually and I deleted the Multimedia Audio Controller, and now I don't have any audio, can somebody please help out (download links, tips, anything helps)



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0
