Formatting memory card fully

Hello,
i have a sony cyber shot camera. Day befor a virus entered through my computer and i had formatted my memory card of 8gb but it is partially formatted and a message come not to formatted how can i formate my memory card fully
and also can i save my photos before formatting

1st remove ur memory card from Ur cell after than insert in card reader than format
