Pentium 4 swap

Hello, I was wondering, is it ok to go from a pent. 4 2.6 socket 478 to a 3.0 without changing the RAM from PC2700 to PC3200 ? Thanks for any advice

you can use PC2700
check your motherboard manual to find the type of memory it supports.
PC3200 will be faster only if you can run at that speed.
