Mal. software problem

Hello,
i am running XP . i am having a malware/virus problem . i am getting a message that C:\doucment and setting \my name is corruped and unreadable. run Chkdsk . I ran the Disk check utility it did not solve the problem (each time it stops and is incomplete ) i try using system restore to resolve the problem it also didi not work. I tried Spybot search and destory did not work. i am running Zone alarm on my system. please help me
