Bring a cellvalue from sheet2 to sheet1

Hello,

I need to find the department number on sheet2 based on the list on sheet1 and then once that is matched bring the total cost that will be in the same row, but different column.

I don't have experience on programing, but something like this

if value on cell on "columnC sheet1" matches the value on cell on "columnD sheet2" then bring to sheet1 the value of "columnL-columnK sheet2" on that row where value was found.
