Needs formatting to open pendrive

Hello,



when i try to open my pendrive it is asking me that "do you want to format it now?",so can you help.i had some very important files in that so i cant format it.pls help

yes i have done that many times but it still doesnt open

may be partition is damaged, try testdisk, here's the link

select click on windows to start downloading

just download it and follow the instructions

Simply click on "NO" and see whether you can access to the content of the USB Drive.
