My pendrive works only in windows7

Hello,

my pendrive 128 GB kingston is working exactly only in windows7 OS. i am not able to open in any other system having XP or any other OS . also it can be formatted only in windows7 and not in any other OS. File system while formatting shows NTFS in windows7 OS but in other OS i dont see any option.
plz help me regarding the issue.
