hotmail hang Closed

Hello, 



Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0
its been the second email which happens like this,
when i signed in my hotmail as normal, and then when i talk to my friends, it hang and when i tired restarting the computer, everytime i use the same email it hang. 
its like my this email doesnt work anymore. my previous email too, but when i tried signing in using the other accounts it was able to log in. why is this so?

Please confirm whether the account has not been disabled by contacting their support. Otherwise, the problem might be coming from the application itself.
