right click on my computer--->properties---> select hardware tab-->click on
device manager -->in device manager double click on ethernet controller--->then
its properties window will be opened, select drivers tab-->
click on update driver--> a wizard will be opened, in that window select the
second option that is (Advanced)-->next-->select "include this location in the
search" if its not selected then click on browse and point it to your driver
folder--> next
