Help dell wont let me log in

Hello,
i have a dell inpiron 1545
it switches on , comes to the password screen and wont let me log in - keeps saying the password is wrong or when i try to log onto different user account wont accept letter z keeps returning to the log in screen - when i try to change password it keeps saying i need to insert a floppy disk or usb drive even when i have put one in - help !!!! please

try this 1

enter the username as administrator and click on OK

note : if you see the welcome screen with users, hold crl+alt key and press del key twice, then a window appears asking you to enter username and password
