But sorry, this is a second hand laptop and i can't get a hold to the person i bought it from for a proof of purchase which Dell is definitely asking for it before charging a reasonable amount of "Service Fee" for providing this password. So that's why I'm trying my chance in various forums on the net.
I've opened the laptop for a physical cleaning of dust from cpu fans. And also added some ram. And now it's asking me this password.
I've seen in here that some of our friends in the forum is providing this information. I'll be very thankful if anyone can help me with this.
