Hello,
When I pull my power cord into my Dell laptop I hear a rattling noise. This has gone on for about a month. Last night once I turned it off, it started to update. When I turned it on today, I get a message "Missing Operating sys". What does this mean?

"Missing Operating sys" means that the hard drive is not working or is not connected.
