Can't access theAce Mini London Touch Screen

Hello,
Good day.
I have the mini london (Ace Mobile). All of a sudden, the touch screen has frozen. I can't make/ answer calls or even text. The only keys I have access to are those to the top right hand corner. Is there any site I can go to to have the software flashed or should i just dump it?
