Hello,
Dear Sir,
is there any way where i can activate the out of office message when my outlook is closed and so is my pc...
im using a system where my mail goes through an imail server and then comes to my outlook..
please need urgent help on this issue...

You can set out of office message but to set it up, outlook needs to be opened. Once it is set, then it will not matter if your outlook is opened or not.
