Itunes problem Closed

Hello, 
I have installed itunes on my computer and have used it for a long time now, and all of a sudden it says there is a problem with it and says it needs to be reinstalled. so i uninstalled the old one and installed a new one and after i did that i tryed to run it and it sayed installed incorrectly and says to reinstall it again so i have done it again but i am still getting the same result. can someone please help me?


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0
