I have SIms3 and the World Adventure Expansion. Been able to play just fine on Windows Visita (7). Everyday I was seeing an option to download New Update for Sims but ignored it until one day I clicked to accept the download. It asked for the Administrator code. I'm not sure if I took too long to inputbut have been locked out every since !
1) Tried to run on compatibility mode --That didn't work
2) UN installed then REinstalled but the system wouldn't accept (it became mre complicated)
3) Live chat with help department twice but no resolution and called CUstomer Service but not much help :(
Anyone have suggestions ?
