hi i want to reboot my laptop,
its a vaio i dnt know what kind but,
i want it to be restored to its original settings,
like when you first buy it. restore system doesnt help neither does backup and restore center, i need something better something i havent tried.

please i need your help.

Hi there,

The solution for this is the recovery cd/dvd,boot from it and all will be restored as new when you have purchased it.
