Red and green horizental line at my moniter Closed

Hello, 

I am Karan and I am facing some problems with my monitor. It has been displaying horizental red-dotted lines on the screen at to & bottom. I have done the formate my computer one time but they are still there. Can someone tell me how it will be remove the problem with my monitor please


Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

This issue is sometimes with graphic card or the monitor itself,to confirm it plug monitor to another compter or laptop if good then change the graphic card or negative the monitor itself.

This sounds like a hardware problem with the monitor.  The only practical solution is replacement of the monitor.
