PC crashed... Closed

Question

Hi, my compaq crashed, went through all of the recovery disks, followed directions, I keep getting a message to check the hard drive configuration - I'm not even able to open up windows...just a blue screen with above message...any suggestions?

Hi there,

If you are lost in settings,go to bios and load default settings and reboot from recovery cd

Blue Screen error may be occured due to failure of RAM.So, you should check your RAM.Blue screen of death may also occur due to malfunction of software and hardware devices.
