My HP 4gb mini flashdrive is dead?

Hello,
1. I inserted the flash drive into usb port, the PC detect it "the device has been loaded"
2. then right click on "My Computer" > Manage -
3. I selected Disk Management
4. then locate the Flash Drive at the bottom where it starts with "Disk 0"
5. appeared something like "Disk 1, removable L:" and what appeared below "no media".

please help me on this.....i want to save money.... i dont want to buy another one
