2gb Micro Sd card shows 3.83 gb

Hello,
I have 2gb kingston micro sd card when i use it with my usb reader its shows 3.83 gb and says disk is not formatted when i try to format its says format is not complete. any solution!! Pls help

U try to format it on Nokia N-series mobile and use it......
