System fan flicks and goes off

Hello,
guys i have a intel motherboard and a intel dual core processor.Recently my system after it switched off it did not boot so i removed the graphic card and tried to boot the system it did not work ,Then i came to know that the cpu fan and smps fan when switched on flicks and stops and does not work pls help me out

Hi there,

As per what you mentioned ,i suggest to change the power supply and have this issue solved.
