Hello,

I have a worksheet which will have certain status like incomplete, rejected or approved in the Column C. If the status is rejected or incomplete, the next one or two rows will have some comments which needs to be copied and pasted into the H or G column alongside with the status. After ther comments there is a blank row which needs to be deleted. How to go about it?

You can do it by macro.

I have a feeling that you already knew that much and are looking for macro. If that is the case indeed, then Could you please upload a sample file with sample data etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://docs.google.com, http://wikisend.com/ , http://www.editgrid.com etc and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee. Based on the sample book, could you re-explain your problem too
