I cannot install any software

Helloo,

i can not install any software,mcafee anti-virus and adobe.when i install this software i get the send error reporting.
Example:uninstall nero9 has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

please help me

Hi there,

Which version of windows are you actually having on your system?was it recently installed or working perfectly before?Have you installed windows installer before trying to install those applications?Please provide more information.
