try this 1
Open your cabinet--->remove the CMOS battery-->switch ON your cpu for 5-10 seconds and then switch it OFF----->then place the CMOS battery back properly--> switch ON your cpu ---> then go to bios setup and load default settings and put first boot device as harddisk.
If the problem still exiss, remove your RAM from the slot and place it back properly or place it in different slot.
