No full screen

Hello,
A week ago I got a popup suggesting I download the latest Adobe flash. So I did. Later I noticed that while watching videos I cant go to Full Screen. When I click full screen I just get a White blank screen. I asked a tech at a local PC repair shop and he said to download Adobe Flash Player 10.1. He said Do Not remove the flash player first just download and all should be fine. So I did as suggested. Still no full screen. I am using IE 8. How can I remedy this problem.

Hi there,

Update the driver for your video and use another browser like chrome,have it from link below:

https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/5011-google-chrome/

Did'nt work for me. Videos all go white screen when viewing in full-screen after adobe flash update in all browsers.

1)Go to youtube, 2)start any video, 3)pause video, 4)right click on screen, window will come up that has hardware acceleration box checked...uncheck box, 5)hit ok, 6)restart video, 7)test full screen. This has worked for me after updating to service packs 1&3
