Log on problems

Hello,

I can open websites and browse different pages but if I want to go to a site that needs a password ( email, bank account or golf tee time site) it says internet explorer cannot display webpage. I have restored my firewall to default settings, ran a virus scan, deleted cookies and everything else from internet options. It still won't work

try this 1

In Internet options-----> click on Security tab and then click on Default Level button and Reset all zones to default level button.
