Error message

Hello,
When i turn on my pc,it firstly displays an error message and i have been trying to do all i can so as to fix it but no success.Also i cant unistall some of programs installed in my computer,so i need your help please!

hello dear
about ur uninstalled problem some time software are uninstalled but thier sign are left on memory so
pleas restore ur system on current date and then try ok
