nktel a200gprs settings authentication failed Closed

Hello,  
i have nktel a200 mobile set and i am using a telenor connection when i request the telenor center they send the setting but when i click the install button it shows the message of "authentication failed'. 
plz send answer that what should i do?

There might be some problems on its activation. Please telephone them directly and obtain the right settings and instructions for setting it up on your mobile phone.
