Hello,

whenever i insert my pen drive,i get a 'windows no disk exception processing message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c' error,please help.

Please consider connecting it via another USB port for the problem might be coming from the USB port itself.
