All my mails and my orkut account got deleted

Hello, Sir

i have an id on gmail iamvishalkanotra@gmail.com and also i have an orkut account
i dont know how my all the mails got deleted and my orkut account also deleted

i would really appreciate if you solved the problem and
resend me my all the mails and my contacts..........
