Try removing and repacing your hard drive may be bad connection. Your hard drive may be faulty so try another hard drive if that works you know the hard drive is at fault.

well thanks for the quick response however the option wont work because even without the hard drive the laptop should be able to boot to the bios ,in my case it doesn't.
See by pressing the the caps lock and the num lock. If the LEDs are coming up. If it comes up then you know your system is posting and but if it does not then the mostly the motherboard has gone.
well i tried everything. i guess my motherboard is gone. i even tested the hard drive on the another computer as an external hdd and it works fine.
