The problem may be with the mouse,the computer, the device, the operating system or a virus..
Follow the steps cited in the link below:

If it doe not solve your problem try this:
Branches all removable media to your PC
Update your antivirus and run a full scan of your PC. Save the report
Download Malwarebytes herehttps://fileforum.com/download/Malwarebytes-AntiMalware/1186760019/1
Preferably install it on another partition not C:
Update
Run a full scan
Remove all the viruses
Save the report
Download hijackthis here https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/hijackthis.html
Run it and save the report
Create a new message in the security section of the forum with:
Description of your system( PC, OS,Motherboard...)
Description of your problem
Copy-past the reports of: Your antivirus, Malwarebytes and hijackthis
Good luck
