Hi,
try this 1
try turning off your sleep modes in power options. Just follow the instructions.
1) Click on Start--->Control Panel.
2) Click on "System and Maintenance" ---> then click on "Power Options"
3) Under the "Select a power plan" page, and the "Preferred plans" section, click
on "Change plan settings" under the active selected power plan, i.e. the one
that is selected.
4) Then Click on "Change advanced power settings"
5) Now find the "Sleep" option, then expand it by clicking on + symbol.
6) then turn off the sleep modes
