Hi Ali,
To enable System Restore in Group Policy, follow the instructions.
1) Click on Start---->Run---> type gpedit.msc and then click on OK
2) Then click on Computer Configuration-->Administrative Templates---->System
------> System Restore
3) Check the state ( whether its in Not Configured or Enable state ) of
"Turn Off System Restore" and "Turn off Configuration options".
4) If its in "Enable" state----- > Double Click on that option ---->its properties
window will be opened ----> Select "Not Configured" Option and Click on OK.
5)Now logoff and login into your user account.
