I cannot get my cursor to type an email in Ou

Hello,

Hello,
After getting an error message of msoeres.dll cannot be found which l sorted out, now I cannot get my cursor to type an email in Outlook Express 6.0. The cursor responds on "create or forward or reply" only as far as the subject line, then it will not advance to the body of the letter. Help, please!
