Hello,

I am a super novice on excel. I am creating a database with names phone numbers and addresses. It is a total of 16 worksheets. One of the worksheets is an invoice. I am trying to get it to auto fill names addresses and phone numbers once i start typing the name of a client. is this possible/teachable for me? the tutorials I keep finding sound like chinese to me and I am lost and overwhelmed!

By auto filling another sheet might not be possible. But you have other alternates

1. one is the drop down, where you just simply pick up the name which itself comes from other sheet.

2. you have two columns, One where you instead of typing name, type in a code and othe column would use that code to see what name is attached to that code

for option 2, see VLOOKUP
